The background: LA City Council voted *twice* to approve the urgently needed affordable housing on city-owned land after years of public meetings and hearings, but now City Attorney Hydee Feldstein Soto and City Councilmember Traci Park are blocking the project with unlawful backdoor tactics and unnecessary bureaucratic red tape. Their actions could cost the city millions of taxpayer dollars, at the same time we have a budget deficit and housing crisis. Will the City be able to kill already approved affordable housing?
