In 2025, community members stepped up like never before – supporting each other in response to fires, showing up to defend our communities against federal raids, fighting to keep food on the table and stay housed. 

In 2026, we’re not letting up – and we’re thinking bigger! On January 31st, from 9am-1pm, LA Forward Institute – alongside a coalition of dozens of community organizations – is mobilizing toward a mass meeting (our goal is 1000 people!) where we will celebrate our people power and begin to double down on targeted efforts against some of the biggest enablers of injustice against our communities. What’s hard to do alone, we will do better when we do it together!

Join us at LA Trade Tech for an exciting rally and program, bring your kids (there’s a parallel children’s program!), and have lunch with residents across the city and county.
