Cap the Rent at 3% @ Housing & Homelessness Committee

Tell the five members of LA City's Housing and Homelessness Committee that the city's rent increase formula needs to be updated to better protect tenants immediately. The rent in LA is too high - we need the City of LA's Housing & Homelessness Committee to cap the rent at 3% and adopt a proposal to strengthen LA's Rent Stabilization Ordinance!  RSVP below to join us at LA City Hall.
