LA, we need your help! As of today, LA's City Charter Commission has not yet agendized ANY conversation that explores revisions to the City's charter, as it relates to policing: nothing about police discipline, police oversight, police budgeting -- nothing. Commissioners have acknowledged,  time and again, that police reform is necessary. But right now, reform keeps getting dodged. ZERO charter commission meetings have been dedicated to explore this topic. We're going to do something about it.
