We all know we have a housing crisis, but once you begin hearing about different housing solutions, things can be really confusing! What does "affordable" housing really mean? Why does the news keep pointing to LAHD, LAHSA, and LACAHSA -- and what do those things even mean? And as we think about housing, what does "zoning" have to do with anything? What does that even refer to?
