Join us as we continue to build people power in the West Valley!

We will be joined by special guest Barri Worth Girvan, Candidate for LA City Council District 3.

This event is hosted at Shift Our Ways Collective — offering locally grown organic produce, shared education, and access to safe green spaces for our communities."  They will be sharing some information about their collective and selling plants at the event also. This event is free to the public but cash donations to support the work of SOW will be accepted onsite.

July Monthly Meeting: What LA Learned from Hosting the World Cup

A majority of our budget comes from our members’ monthly donations. In 2026, our goal is to raise 60% of our budget from dues-paying members. That will enable us to be 100% accountable to people like you. Your gift allows us to respond rapidly to emerging issues, to take on powerful interests, and spend as little time possible on fundraising so we can focus on the crucial work that needs to get done every day.
