Are you sick and tired of potholes?! Cracked sidewalks, broken street lamps, and dirty parks plague Los Angeles. Most major cities have a regularly updated Capital Investment Program (CIP) that identifies all of the city’s infrastructure needs, maintenance schedules and plans for new projects. LA City historically hasn't had one -- but the Public Works Committee will soon deliberate on a set of recommendations to craft a comprehensive, citywide CIP. We have thoughts!
